Constructed from ultra-strong BPA-free Tritan, the jug is exactly the same as standard Buffalo blending jugs, albeit colour-coded with a stylish purple tint. Typicially, purple jugs are kept separate from other jugs and are used when customers have allergen or intolerances. However, the purple tint can also be used to fit into your front of house colour scheme or simply help reduce the chance of cross-contamination.
