Description

As a base unit for the display and preserving of fresh pre-cooked foods, this Lincat Silverlink 600 Bain Marie Base Unit uses heat from its internal water bath to ensure gentle warming over an extended period of time. With the capacity to hold up to six 1/4 GN containers (sold separately), you can customise your selection in accordance with the menu of the day or the size of the gastronorm trays you choose to display. A handy drainage tap on the front of the unit removes the hassle of manually draining the warmed water after use.
