• The delivery company (called XPO Logistics) will attempt to call you to advise of the delivery day (1-2 working days, although you are not able to select which day).
• However if they are unable to get through the consignment will continue to be shipped. Please make sure to be to be available to receive your delivery between the hours of 8am – 5pm on the two working days after you order (if ordered before 3pm).
• Please see below for the order cut off and delivery lead time information.
• Remote and offshore locations are subject to additional costs and may not be subject to 1-2 working day delivery. Additional charges are calculated at the checkout, but we will ring if any exceptional charges apply.
• Re-delivery and re-stock charges (for failed or returned deliveries) are as follows: Re-delivery is chargeable (at least £85 + VAT) and the re-stocking fee is at least £85 + VAT, to be determined at the time depending on the size and weight of the item. It is therefore vital to make sure you only purchase this product if delivery is certain to succeed.
• Timed or AM/PM deliveries are not currently available.

Futher points to consider to make sure everything goes smoothly on the day: 

• Can we get a delivery vehicle (which is the size of a bin lorry) down the road? For properties that do need a smaller vehicle, please let us know in advance. There would be a surcharge of £50 + VAT for delivery with a smaller vehicle, since this is a non-standard delivery arrangement.
• Can we legally park outside or on the property?
• Will you be in when we deliver?
• Will it fit though the front door? If any doubt, please grab your tape measure and check.
• Will the item fit around any bends or corridors?
