This Vogue soft grip Santoku knife has a high carbon stainless steel blade which holds a sharp edge for longer than other materials can. The high profile blade offers the highest precision with every cut, and helps to keep knuckles well above the chopping board. The thin, strong Santoku features a highly durable wide bolster to help achieve the perfect balance and weight to the knife, providing comfort and confidence as you slice effortlessly through meat, vegetables and fish. The soft grip handle also gives the knife a great feel in the hand, reducing physical effort during food preparation tasks. This knife is not recommended for dishwashing.
