Site visit by a qualified service provider to assess the facilities and connections available on site. (e.g. power/gas supply, extraction system and drainage) This service is in place to avoid a costly failed installation should we be unable to install your appliance.
Further Information:
- Upon purchase of a site survey you will be contacted by a member of our install team to quote for the full installation price. An engineer will also contact you to discuss your requirements and confirm availibility.
- If additional work is required ahead of installation your engineer will advise on what work is needed and postpone the final installation until all services are in place.
- Please give more than 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange your visit, we are unable to provide a refund if cancelled with less than 24hrs notice.
