Description

Keep your professional knives sharp and safe with the compact Minosharp Shinkansen knife sharpener. Portable and convenient, the sharpener leaves blades expertly sharp and ready to use in seconds - vital for any prep work.

Primarily designed for Japanese style knives, the Minosharp combines a water reservoir with coarse ceramic wheels to quickly put a new edge on the blade - similar to a traditional whetstone. The clever design prevents damage to the knife and improves sharpening performance, whilst also leaving the edge ready for finishing with the 2nd stage slot.
