The heavy duty Lincat Silverlink 600 Machined Steel Electric Griddle GS6/T features independently and thermostatically controlled dual heat zones which allow for a consistent and reliable performance. It also features a thick steel plate for even heat distribution and outstanding heat retention. The griddle also features a large fat collection drawer which is removable for ease of cleaning and a fat drainage channel which keeps surfaces free from grease.
