The heavy duty, steel plated Lincat Machined Steel Plate Electric Griddle GS65 features independently and thermostatically controlled dual heat zones. This allows for consistent and reliable performance, whilst the thick steel plate ensures an even heat distribution and outstanding heat retention. The griddle also features a large fat collection drawer which is removable for ease of cleaning and a fat drainage channel which keeps surfaces free from grease.
