A unique 'almond' shaped blade has been designed to effortlessly roll over herbs, whilst only using one of your hands. This leaves the other hand free to stabilise the herbs in place, for greater speed and precision. A solid, comfortable handle further improves comfort as you chop and crush.

The blade is made from razor sharp and extremely durable German steel, which makes it ideal for crushing ingredients such as garlic so that the skin can be peeled away easily. With a tough, rigid blade the knife is also perfect for removing chunks of parmesan from a whole wheel, making this high quality knife truly versatile.
