Offering four gastronorm pan support collars, you can add and arrange your dishes to match whatever selection you have to offer. Each section is heated by its own individual element beneath and infra red lamps in the overhead gantry, resulting in your dishes being warmed equally and consistently across the entire unit. Both the base and surface heat can be altered separately through a control panel mounted in the gantry, which can then be locked to ensure there is no interference from customers during peak times. A toughened glass sneeze screen ensures minimal risk of contamination from browsing customers.
