A hardened glass sneeze screen helps reduce the risk of contamination whilst encouraging regular browsing from customers. The overhead gantry provides lighting as well as surface heating across the entire unit which can be maintained and locked through a digital control panel within the gantry, as well as the temperature generated from heating elements in the base of the bain marie. As a dry heat bain marie this model can operate around the clock without need of draining the site or topping up at intervals, as well as being easier to clean and quick to heat up.
